As its name suggests, The Main Hall is our primary event space. With a capacity of up to 500 people, this space is well-suited for large events, such as corporate trainings, collegiate competitions, military balls, proms and galas. If you don't need to use the entire space, it can be divided into The Evergreen Hall and The Spruce Hall by closing off a center wall.
Each of these subdivided halls can host around 175 people, and they both have their own dedicated bars. Included in the charge of renting any space in The Main Hall is:
- A day-of event coordinator
- Linens (napkins and table clothes in your color choice) through R & H Creations
- Tables (rounds or rectangle)
- Set up and tear down of all tables and chairs
- A customizable dance floor (up to 30 feet by 30 feet)

The Maple Room and Deck is an ideal indoor-outdoor venue for events in Upstate, NY. Hosting up to 75 people, this event space to accommodate smaller events. When renting the Maple Room, you can also make use of the adjoining deck that overlooks the grounds.
Our Cedar and Hickory Suites are designed to be comfortable spaces for you and your wedding party to get ready in before the big day. Each has a full bathroom, beauty bar for hair and makeup, small seating area, great lighting and a custom-made dress rack to hang garments on. Both of these upstairs suites are fully handicapped accessible.
With 13,000 square feet of beautifully manicured outdoor space, The Garden is your dream outdoor venue. Renting this space includes use of a large tent which can host around 250 guests. Our beautifully landscaped garden area has optional usage of pergolas and arches for an outdoor ceremony. Without the tent, The Garden can host upward of 1,000 people.
Ideal for corporate events or small meetings, The Board Room can hold around 10 people. It comes equipped with a large TV that can be used to share presentations on.
Those hosting smaller events, will find our Boondocks Conference Room perfectly suited to their needs. This space hosts anywhere between 30 and 50 guests and is comfortably furnished for your convenience.
