All spaces at our event center are fully handicapped accessible with a chair lift and elevator available for access to upper levels.
The Main Hall
As its name suggests, The Main Hall is our primary event space. With a capacity of up to 500 people, this space is well-suited for large events, such as corporate trainings, collegiate competitions, military balls, proms and galas. If you don't need to use the entire space, it can be divided into The Evergreen Hall and The Spruce Hall by closing off a center wall.
Each of these subdivided halls can host around 175 people, and they both have their own dedicated bars. Included in the charge of renting any space in The Main Hall is:
- An event coordinator that will be point of contact from start to finish of your event
- Linens (napkins and table clothes in your color choice) through R & H Creations
- Tables (rounds or rectangle)
- Set up and tear down of all tables and chairs
- Multiple customizable dance floors
Maple Room and Deck
The Maple Room has an adjoining deck that overlooks the grounds of the event center. The Maple Room and Deck is an ideal indoor-outdoor space to accommodate smaller, more intimate events hosting 75 people or less.
Cedar and Hickory Suites
Our Cedar and Hickory Suites are designed to be comfortable spaces for you and your wedding parties to get ready in for the big day. Each has a full bathroom, beauty bar for hair and makeup, small seating area, great lighting and a custom-made dress rack to hang garments on.
With 13,000 square feet of beautifully landscaped outdoor space, The Garden is a perfect area to host any given event. Renting The Garden includes the use of a large tent with a capacity upwards of 250 guests, along with the optional usage of pergolas and arches that are perfects for an outdoor ceremony!
The Board Room
The Board Room is equipped with a large television and has a capacity of around 10 people, which is an ideal space for corporate events or small, private meetings.
Boondocks Conference Room
Those hosting events anywhere between 30 and 50 people will find our Boondocks Conference Room perfectly suited for their needs.
