RJ is the Executive Chef at 3 Willows Event Center. With over 25 years of experience in the industry, RJ is happy to offer his expertise in the culinary and hospitality industry to make your Wedding, Conference or private event special.
When RJ is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife Brittany, their daughter Avery and their two dogs, Gracie and Addie

When booking an event with us, is it likely that you will be working with Alexis. Alexis is one of the two Event Coordinators here at 3 Willows. Alexis warmly accepted this position after working in our restaurant, Boondocks, for almost 3 years. Alexis is always open to new requests and will try her best to meet all the needs of her clients. Alexis will be working diligently with you from the day you inquire to the day of your event.

When Alexis is not hard at work, she loves spending time with her family, especially her two younger sisters. You can usually find her outside with her dog, Milo.

As one of our event coordinators, Jesse will be by your side through the entire process. From your tour of the venue to the days leading up to your event, he will strive to make sure everything looks just as you have envisioned. His prior military experience has translated to impeccable organization and attention to detail leading to timely communication with all his clients to ensure a smooth event and that all needs are met.

In his spare time, Jesse enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.
