We are proud to announce that our venue now hosts military events, including military balls and dining out events. With the capacity to accommodate up to 500 guests, our venue offers both indoor and outdoor spaces, ensuring a perfect setting for any occasion. Available all year round, we provide in-house catering, bar services, and onsite lodging to make your event seamless and memorable.
The Full Main Hall at 3 Willows can accommodate up to 500 guests, while our tented garden area is ideal for breakout sessions and networking. Additionally, we offer two smaller event spaces on the second floor: the Maple Room and the Board Room. The Maple Room, which is handicap accessible and includes an adjoining deck area, is perfect for guest counts of approximately 50 people. The Board Room, equipped with wiring for seamless presentation projection and conference calling, is ideal for meetings of 10 or fewer attendees.
Additional Rentals:
Bose PA System
Available for an additional Rental, we have a Bose PA system. Included in this rental are two wireless microphones and a sound technician.
High-Definition Projectors
We have two zero-throw projectors available for an additional rental. These can be linked together or used separately.
Stage & Podium
We have a stage that we will set up and have available for an additional rental. The stage and the podium work great for a panel of guest speakers.
Garden Heating Equipment
We have six propane heaters available for the garden area.
