Would you like a one-stop wedding venue? 3 Willows Event Center has it all! We offer catering services, on-site lodging, indoor and outdoor venue spaces, bar services, and more!


Indoor & Outdoor Venue Spaces:


We offer a fully enclosed tent from May through October with fans and optional heaters. Our mobile bar and coolers are perfect for outdoor use. We also have two pergolas available for the perfect outdoor wedding ceremony.


We offer a 6-hour reception rental, tables, chairs, linens, flatware, a customizable dance floor, and a full-time event coordinator. Cleanup and in-house catering by our head chef is also included.


We also have the Maple Room available for rehearsal dinners, with various packages to choose from.

Bridal Suites

We offer two on-site getting ready spaces, the Hickory and Spruce Suite. We have two luxurious bridal suites available from the morning of the wedding until the end of the reception. These suites feature a full mirror, a getting-ready station, a snack island, comfortable seating, and a full bathroom.

Lighted Wall

Lighted Wall Backdrop

Our lighted wall backdrop is available for an additional rental when you reserve the garden or main hall space. This lighted wall backdrop is available in 10ft, 20ft, and 30ft sections. Inquire today for pricing information.

Photobooth

We offer our digital photo booth for an additional rental on your special day. Add on the photo booth, bring your backdrop, and capture guest photos throughout the evening. As the night goes on, guests can text and email the pictures to their smartphones. Don't worry; the client booking the event will receive a full gallery of all the photos taken at the end of the night.

Chair covers and Sashes

Included in the rental for 3 Wilows are linen tablecloths and linen napkins R & H Creations in Lowville, NY. For an additional rental, you can also get chair covers and sashes. Contact and event coordinator for information on how to contact R & H today.

The Edge Hotel

Maple Room

3 Willows also offers a separate space available for rehearsal dinners. Our Maple Room space is located on the second floor of our venue and can accommodate up to 50 guests. This space has an adjoining deck and is handicap accessible.
