We have a tent with sides for full enclosure from May through October. Climate control is provided with fans that circulate air and optional heaters available for additional rental. We also offer a mobile bar and coolers for outdoor use. At 3 Willows Event Center, we provide an all-inclusive event package. Room charges cover fully staffed events, a 6-hour reception rental (plus an extra hour for onsite ceremonies), tables, chairs, linens in your choice of colors, flatware, and a customizable dance floor. A full-time event coordinator will be present on the day of your event. Cleanup is included in the room charge. We provide in-house catering curated by our head chef.


We offer two luxurious bridal suites for $250 each, available from 7:00 AM until the end of the reception. These suites include a full mirror, a getting-ready station, an island area for snacks and mimosas, comfortable seating, and a full bathroom.


We arrange a room block at The Edge Hotel for weddings for 20 rooms. If all 20 rooms are booked, the 21st room, a king jacuzzi suite, is complimentary for the couple. Visit The Edge Hotel


We also have the Maple Room available for rehearsal dinners, with various packages to choose from.

Our lighted wall backdrop is available for an additional rental when you reserve the garden or main hall space. This lighted wall backdrop is available in 10ft, 20ft, and 30ft sections. Inquire today for pricing information.

Photobooth

We offer our digital photo booth for an additional rental on your special day. Add on the photo booth, bring your backdrop, and capture guest photos throughout the evening. As the night goes on, guests can text and email the pictures to their smartphones. Don't worry; the client booking the event will receive a full gallery of all the photos taken at the end of the night.

Chair covers and Sashes

Included in the rental for 3 Wilows are linen tablecloths and linen napkins R & H Creations in Lowville, NY. For an additional rental, you can also get chair covers and sashes. Contact and event coordinator for information on how to contact R & H today.
